Simple rules for using Vertical.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Vertical. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only with content you have the right to manage on your device.

Using the app

Vertical is provided for personal media review and cleanup. You are responsible for the choices you make in the app, including deleting or restoring items from your device.

You should review staged items before final deletion. While Vertical includes a Safety Net flow, you remain responsible for the media you choose to remove.

Subscriptions

Vertical Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple in countries where it is available. Pricing and billing terms are shown in-app before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Refunds and billing support

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests, billing issues, and subscription cancellations are handled according to Apple policies.

If Pro access does not appear correctly after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app and contact support if you still need help.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vertical in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, or interferes with the app’s operation.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law gives you that right.

Service changes

We may update features, pricing, legal terms, or supported functionality over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.

If a change is material, we may reflect it in-app or through the App Store listing.
