What the app can access
Vertical requests access to your photo library so you can review media, stage items
for deletion, restore items from Safety Net, and save favorites.
If you choose to buy Vertical Pro, Apple handles billing and subscription management.
What stays on your device
Your photos and videos stay on your device. Vertical does not upload your camera
roll for review, scanning, or deletion decisions.
App preferences, Safety Net state, favorites, and progress are stored locally so the
app can remember your setup.
Purchases
When you buy or restore Vertical Pro, the transaction is handled through Apple.
We do not receive your full payment card details. Billing, renewals, cancellations,
and refunds are managed through Apple.
Data sharing
Vertical does not sell your personal data.
If you contact support, we may use the information you send us to troubleshoot your
issue and reply to you.
Retention and deletion
On-device app data remains until you remove the app or clear in-app data.
Media staged in Safety Net remains on your device until you restore it, permanently
delete it, or let an optional auto-clean rule remove expired items.
