How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Vertical, and tap Cancel.

You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

I purchased Pro but it's not showing up.

Open Vertical, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your Apple purchase to the app.

If it still doesn't appear, contact us with your Apple order number.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Vertical purchase to request one.

Will my photos be deleted automatically?

No. Vertical only removes photos when you explicitly confirm deletion from Safety Net. Nothing is deleted without your action.

Does Vertical upload my photos?

No. All processing happens on your device. Your photos and videos never leave your phone.

What is Safety Net?

Safety Net is a staging area. When you mark a photo for removal, it goes there first — giving you a chance to review and restore before anything is permanently deleted.
